and recommends you watch it too.
One of my favourite recent standups. Always liked Russell Brand but this elevates him again.
Fun twist on a formulaic genre. Some great performances and a very satisfying ending.
Pretty formulaic as a Disney film but the lack of one-dimensional princess is refreshing.
The fuck is wrong with people. Psychology and psychiatry existed for too long with no notion of ethics and reverberations are still felt.
Been meaning to watch this in so long. Cried basically all the way through it. Wouldn't change a thing about this film.
Essential science fiction. Haven't seen this for so many years but it's aged surprisingly well.
and doesn't recommend you watch it.
Even by M Night Shyamalan's standards this is garbage. The aliens just decide to leave?! Please.
Jumps between how ridiculous and devastating racism is so effectively and frequently it'll make your head spin. Very funny and horrifying.
People are just monsters. Enjoyed this film, but found Keira Knightley quite irritating.
I had an absolute blast watching this. Would love to watch The Rock and Kevin Hart together again. Great fun.
There's just no need for this to exist at all. Adds nothing, improves upon nothing. Almost entirely soulless.
Really enjoyed returning to this world.
These are the only superhero films the world needs. Absolutely perfect.
Loved the songs, visuals, and dancing. Story is a good little happy-cry.

Not really sure why I waited so long to watch these films but I've loved the story, and the way it all ties together is wonderful.
Clearly part one of something. It's a big setup for something but it's still very tense and feels like it stands alone well.
Surprisingly sharp political satire. Ties to Nazism, Hitler Youth. Superb pace, achieves a lot in very little time.
OK this one was brilliant but now they're officially too much for Tabitha. Had to pause towards the end as it was too traumatic.
This was my favourite of the first 3 but they're getting too much for a five-year-old.
More fun B-movie fantasy
Home Alone + Wizards. Terrible acting, horrible CGI. Enjoyed.
Just incredible. I remember when this came out, and each time I watch it's like the first time. Love the story, the aesthetic, the acting.
There's a lot to like about this but I didn't buy the main arc. Some jarring moments that do little world-building. Disappointing.
Incredible tension, and reveals itself with perfect pace. Deeply unsettling.
That hit me like a sack of bricks. Very emotional - everyone in the room was crying. Pixar officially forgiven for The Good Dinosaur.
